Rachel Heymach, Pareto Medical Device's Chief Design Officer, is tasked with developing Pareto's device and determining the necessary features to optimize effects. With a degree in Product Design from Stanford University and a Master's in Biomedical Innovation from Washington University in St Louis, she has the ability to synthesize a team capable of creating this market changing product.
